Our base package starts at $3,000 incl. GST, with a range of optional add-ons available to tailor the experience to your needs. Final pricing may vary depending on the services and features you choose to include.

Our base package includes:


3-Hour Booking Window
Plus complimentary setup days available during church operating hours midweek (subject to availability).

Exclusive Access to Key Spaces
Includes full use of the Auditorium, Parents Room, and three versatile Foyer Spaces, with all existing furniture included.

Guest Comfort Amenities
All bathrooms and parents’ rooms are fully stocked with complimentary toiletries for guest use.

Customisable Lighting
Enjoy dimmable lighting throughout the entire facility, adjustable to suit your mood, event type, or atmosphere

Visual Enhancements Included
Complimentary use of our Large Arch Screen, LED foyer screen, and TVs throughout the building for your event graphics or signage. (Customisation options available.)

Professional Sound Support
A dedicated sound operator will set up all music cues and volume preferences.
Our venue features built-in speakers throughout the auditorium and foyer, with ambient foyer music before your event and full sound control throughout.

Post-Event Cleaning
A professional cleaning service is included in your quote for peace of mind.

On-the-Day Assistance
A facilities coordinator will be on site to assist with chair configuration in the auditorium.

Make full use of our foyer seating to accommodate guests comfortably throughout the day.

Heating & Cooling Control
Maintain the perfect temperature with modern split-system air conditioning and heating, adjustable to your preferences.
